TYRES
We offer regular collection services for end of life tyres. All tyres are processed in Australia and used to make alternative fuel products for government approved industrial kilns.

BUMPERS
We collect used bumpers and other scrap plastic. The materials are processed and converted to recycled plastic pellets for the packaging industry to make new products.

BATTERIES
We pay cash for used lead batteries and recycle them with authorised providers. We can even supply new batteries at highly competitive wholesale prices for your clients.

About Pit Stop Recycling

Engineering Value from Existing Waste Streams
Pit Stop Recycling is an industrial waste recovery and biomass development initiative focused on transforming complex material streams into engineered energy resources.
The project traces its origins to research and operational work initiated in 2005, evolving across multiple industrial environments and regulatory landscapes. Over nearly two decades, this experience has shaped a systems-based approach to recycling grounded in material analysis, process optimisation and practical energy application.
Pit Stop Recycling has developed strong operational roots within the automotive and tyre servicing industry, working closely with businesses that generate waste materials requiring structured recovery pathways.
Rather than treating waste as a disposal endpoint, Pit Stop Recycling approaches waste streams as recoverable industrial inputs. To convert existing waste streams into stable, measurable and economically viable energy inputs.
Industrial Research Foundation

Pit Stop Recycling operates on applied industrial research principles:
-
Characterisation of material composition
-
Energy potential analysis
-
Moisture and stability control
-
Contaminant behaviour evaluation
-
Emission-conscious system design
Biomass and SRF are treated not as environmental trends, but as engineered fuel products requiring technical discipline, regulatory awareness and supply consistency.
Current Focus

Today, Pit Stop Recycling concentrates on:
-
Engineered biomass production
-
Solid recovered fuel (SRF) solutions
-
Tyre-derived fuel (TDF) integration
-
Ongoing research into advanced material capture and emission performance methodologies
The objective remains practical and structured:
To reduce landfill dependency while supporting cost-aware industrial energy systems.
Positioning Statement

Pit Stop Recycling represents the structured progression of nearly two decades of applied waste research — supported by strong operational roots within the automotive sector and focused on transforming complex material streams into engineered energy resources.
